The grid converter for battery storage is a highly efficient, modular frequency converter with liquid-cooled IGBT power stacks and ultra-fast control system in the 250 kW to 6.0 MW+ power range.

The converter enables a variety of grid services such as Primary Control Power (D), Enhanced Frequency Response (UK) or Primary Operating Reserve (IRL). In addition, there is the possibility of voltage stabilization through controlled provision of capacitive and inductive reactive power.

Suitable for large battery storage projects up to 100 MW due to modular and containerized design.
