The requirements:

Supply a 1 MW converter and two battery containers with a total capacity of 5.5 MW.
Both should be placed on the lower deck of a platform.
Support measures for system integration.

Planned duration:
approximately 2 years

Our solution:
A properly sized Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) combined with a hybrid converter (MSC).

Special features:

The offshore facility will be assembled in Italy and then actively integrated and operated in the North Sea.
