Your tasks:

  • PLC programming IEC 61131 ST (Siemens, Wago and Beckhoff) of our inverters
  • Programming of control systems for regenerative energy systems (energy storage, wind turbines and photovoltaics)
  • Simulations, testing and documentation of the written software
  • Commissioning and testing of our converters and storage on the test bench
  • Selection of suitable control components
  • Arrangement of communication interfaces with the customer and their implementation


Your profile:

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering/ automation technology
  • Experience in PLC programming IEC 61131 ST/automation technology or experience with power electronics, e.g. development of frequency converters for motors or mains supply or DCDC actuators etc. or experience with battery management systems
  • Basic understanding of the operation of IGBTs, chokes, capacitors.
  • Knowledge of TIA Portal
  • High-level language skills, e.g. C/C++ or Phyton advantageous
  • Experience with databases or Linux an advantage
  • Previous training as electronics technician etc. advantageous
  • Occasional willingness to travel to national and international customer assignments
