Your tasks:

• Management of the fitters in the office
• Further development of production systems and processes as well as monitoring of product and process-related test criteria
• Ensuring the quality of production
• Creation, monitoring and control of production documents
• Checking of construction plans and parts lists
• Communication/exchange of all production-relevant data with the assemblers and the management of design/development
• Cross-interface support of the departments
• Motivating, advising, and assisting employees with questions regarding procedures of the Production Department.
• Random control of the implementation of specifications and the final products
• Preparation and implementation of employee training
• Collection and evaluation of data within the scope of production controlling

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electronics technician or studies in electrical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in a responsible position
• Optimally a state-certified technician or further training as a master craftsman
• Good process and calculation knowledge
• Mastery of the production processes with regard to all relevant production parameters
• Experience in employee management and motivation
• Reliability and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Optimally knowledge of the ERP system ABAS
