Introduction
FREQCON develops and delivers solutions for energy systems. Our actions are guided by the principle “Fast. Reliable. FREQCON” and stand for speed, reliability, and technical excellence. This policy forms the binding framework for our integrated management system and supports the strategic direction of our company. It applies to all activities, products, and services at our sites and is maintained as documented information, communicated internally, understood, and – where appropriate – made available to interested parties.

Quality
We place customer satisfaction at the center of our activities and are committed to reliably fulfilling customer requirements as well as applicable legal, regulatory, and other agreed requirements. We understand quality as the result of robust processes, clear responsibilities, and consistent error prevention. Deviations are identified and corrected at their source, and root causes are eliminated sustainably.
We consistently adhere to agreed deadlines; after considering all influencing factors, on-time delivery takes precedence over purely cost-related considerations – without compromising quality. We manage and improve our performance through the systematic evaluation of key performance indicators, audits, complaints, as well as effective corrective and improvement measures.
We strengthen our employees’ quality awareness through continuous training and qualification measures, enabling us to consistently meet market requirements at all times.

Environment
We are committed to protecting the environment, preventing pollution, and using resources efficiently. We fulfill our binding obligations (including environmental laws, permits, and contractual requirements) and regularly assess compliance with them. We continuously improve our environmental management system with the aim of measurably enhancing environmental performance.
In doing so, we consider environmental aspects throughout the life cycle, particularly in development and design, procurement, operations, as well as disposal and end-of-life information, insofar as we can exert influence. We also take climate-related risks and opportunities into account as part of our context and aspect analysis, as well as in the planning and further development of our management system.
For foreseeable emergencies, we maintain appropriate preparedness and response plans and learn from drills and incidents in order to continuously improve protective measures and processes effectively.

Implementation, Objectives, and Continuous Improvement
This policy provides the framework for defining, implementing, and reviewing our quality and environmental objectives. We ensure the availability of the necessary resources and promote the competence and awareness of our employees.
We effectively manage suppliers and partners by communicating relevant requirements, actively shaping collaboration, and evaluating performance. The effectiveness of the management system and the achievement of objectives are reviewed regularly, in particular as part of management reviews, and serve as the basis for decisions and measures aimed at continuous improvement.
