FREQCON has developed a range of innovative pitch systems for wind turbines of different sizes from 250kW to 6.0 MW. All systems are low voltage designs (24V … 150V) and are based on maintenance-free ultracapacitors for back-up power.
Highest safeguarding against failure is achieved through redundancy systems. The FREQCON Pitch System is certified according to GL2010 and is compatible with all motor-drive technologies.
