Since March 2014 FREQCON GmbH has a sales & project office in Ireland that takes care of the Irish and UK market. A special focus is on grid stabilization systems to allow a higher penetration of renewable energy in island grids that have no interconnection with the European High-Voltage Network. A number of demonstration projects have been established successfully and the introduction of new grid support services has now initiated the roll-out of commercial Multi-MW projects.
The face of FREQCON Ireland + UK is Klaus Harder who has been working in the renewable energy industry since 1989.

The partnership between STATRON AG and FREQCON exists since March 2021. The Swiss company will act exclusively as a sales partner for our energy storage systems in the focus markets of Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Hungary. STATRON has been a leading international supplier of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) solutions for more than 40 years and has a well-developed network with 8 offices worldwide and 3 international production lines. The company has delivered more than 5,000 systems worldwide in recent decades, including complex solutions for offshore oil platforms or for emergency lighting systems in hospitals.
