At FREQCON, we are always looking for the best employees. Considering the lack of specialists, we have to find new approaches to recruit the right experts for us. In doing so, we do not only find the top talents externally. A look beyond our own setting often shows that we already have colleagues with the appropriate potential in many areas. However, coaching is required to enable them to take on new (management) tasks with the associated demands, challenges and responsibility. Individual employee support and personnel development are the magic words here that lead to success.
Especially in times of home office, intercultural teams and the demands of a new generation of employees, the requirements for leadership have become more diverse and in part also more complex and must be reviewed and expanded at regular intervals. In this respect, we would like to accompany and support our candidates who have been identified for the training. Six employees are currently taking part in the first series of events, which we are conducting in cooperation with an external partner. On eight full-day events spread over a period of half a year, the workshop participants address topics such as conducting conversations and resolving conflicts, self-leadership or the development of team structures as well as the assessment of employees on the basis of various scientific, psychological models, leadership qualities and the moderation of meetings.
We receive funding from the NBank for our training program as part of the “Continuing Education in Lower Saxony” initiative. The next round with further (potential) managers is already being planned.
