After three and a half years, Nico Meier and Tobias Neuls have successfully completed their apprenticeship as electrical engineering technician. In addition, the just graduated specialists had another reason to be happy: They were directly taken over in mid-January and now support the team around their trainer and production manager Alexander Radtke as assembly workers. “We have a stable order situation despite the generally difficult situation, so we can make good use of the personnel reinforcement”, Alexander says.
We are an approved training company for various technical and commercial professions for many years. However, Nico Meier and Tobias Neuls were the first to be trained as electrical engineering technicians.
On the one hand, it is our responsibility to show young people a career perspective here in the region. On the other hand, with the training in this special area of energy systems and energy distribution networks, we are securing our own need for skilled workers in the long term.
The economic outlook is good: we develop and manufacture power converters and control systems for renewable energy systems and energy storage applications for various industries in a rapidly growing market worldwide.
